When I had gone to Samburu National Reserve with http://www.matembezitravel.com, I saw this beautiful leopard up on a tree gazing at us down below. I knew I had to recreate the scene in my own style!

About 3 months of effort went into hand drawing each of the 700 or so spots, lasercutting this into aluminium, powdercoating it and assembling it into this majestic artwork you see here.

The original (1st of 10) of this golden-eyed beauty you see here is available at the Affordable Art Show happening Friday 16th to Sunday 18th October, 2026 at the Nairobi National Museum.
