Woodmere Grand Hotel
Located at 100 Rose Avenue, off Lenana Road in Kilimani, Nairobi, this new development is an exciting expansion of the existing Woodmere Serviced Apartments.
We designed the new tower to have 30 stylish new apartments including 2 duplexes, a restaurants (coming online this month), commercial kitchen, 2 boardrooms, a rooftop with a stunning view and of course ancillary spaces such as staff rooms, reception, stores and guest washrooms.
The apartments include 17 Studios, 6 One Bedrooms, 5 Two Bedrooms, a Duplex Superior 1 Bed and a Duplex Superior 3 Bed.
The interior design is inspired by Swahili and Coastal design and utilizes locally sourced materials such as clay, coral stone, yellow stone.
Virtually all the furniture and cabinetry was designed and made in house for the authentic handmade result and highest standards of quality.

Maracua Bistro
Maracua Bistro, one of the restaurants in Woodmere Grand Hotel is nearly completing its fitout.
It has a luxurious Swahili Interior design, handmade hardwood tables, bar counters, sliding doors. The floors are shiny white terrazzo surrounding warm terracotta coloured clay tiles sporting white marble medallions. Walls have beautifully carved swahili patterns, including 9 niches (Vidaka) carved into the wall with beautiful souvenirs placed in them.
Seating capacity is 61 people, on comfortable bent wood chairs and bar stools and Swahili sofas. Two large verandahs give you a shaded inside-outside experience for your dining.
