This project was a renovation of an existing floor space at Greenspan Mall into a 3 screen cinema.

The client’s brief was to work within a tight budget but have as many screens as possible, and at least 300 seats.

The result is a 3 screen cinema with 339 seats, as well as 2 lounges. The ground floor lounge serves the tickets and concession items while the mezzanine lounge has been converted into a gaming lounge.
