This is a new hotel block on the site of Woodmere Serviced Apartments consisting of 30 new furnished apartments, a restaurant with commercial kitchen, a rooftop bar and lounge, 2 boardrooms and ancillary facilities such as reception, offices, guest and staff washrooms, stores etc.

This was a fitout project at the existing Greenspan Mall, in Donholm, Nairobi.
The design involved converting the third floor space into a 3 screen cinema with 300+ seats, lounge spaces, washrooms and ancillary spaces such as offices, projection rooms, storage rooms etc.
